She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Chinn and Lennie Chinn (Stamper); her husband Donald William "Bill" Main; her siblings-in-law, Carol Jean Chinn, Terry Kendall, Ronald, Shirley Main, Robert "Bob" Mason and Elmer Fields; her nephews, Edward Main and Tyler Mason; and her great-nephew Jonathan Willoughby.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Jones (Jay) of Hillsboro and Jo Ann Penkalski (Joe) of Delray Beach, FL.; her grandchildren, Clinton Shoemaker (Amanda), Courtney Wood (Sean), Nicole Penkalski and Madison Penkalski; her great grandchildren, Cade Shoemaker, Bobby Keirns and Paisley Wood; her siblings, Glenn Chinn of Mt. Orab, OH. and Carolyn Kendall of Waynesville, OH.; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Frances "Cookie" Fields and Judy Mason.
