She is survived by: her husband Jack Smith; her son Dave Smith (Sheri) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Samantha Smith and Zachary Smith; her brother Richard Schlimme of Albuquerque; and her nieces, Susan Griepentrog (Bill), Lynn O'Connor (Chuck) and Lois Cotton (Doug).
