He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Springer and Alice Mae Springer (Marsh); and his siblings, Walter Springer, Rosemary Rose, Carol Bolheimer and Terry Springer.
He is survived by: his wife Emily Springer; his children, Janet Mayes Springer (Kim), Larry J. Springer Jr., Tracey Reed (Rance) and Brad Springer (Bobbi); his grandchildren, Christopher Springer, Jessica Pearson (Jonah), Hunter Springer, Landen Springer, Thomas Busam and Sarahanne Busam; his brothers, John Springer (Francie), Earl Springer (Joyce) and Paul Springer (Dawn); and his sister-in-law Patricia Springer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Turner & Son Funeral Home (602 N High St, Hillsboro, OH 45133). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Hillsboro Cemetery (110 State Rte 138, Hillsboro, OH 45133).
