She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin A. Straub and Helen Straub (Lodwick); her husband Vernon Becknell; her children, Joe, Mark Becknell and Verna Lynn Becknell; her brothers, Billie and David Althammer; and her grandson Wayne Becknell.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Becknell (Evelyn) of Winchester, Danny Becknell of Hillsboro and Teresa Hyden of Hillsboro; her brother Tommy Straub of Eastgate; and her close friend Rosie Watt of Sardinia. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Hope.
