He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pennington and Pauline Pennington; and his sister Lori Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; and his nieces and nephews, Clayton Pennington (Sarah) of Columbus, Curtis Roush, Julia Roush of Clarksville, Elizabeth Littler (Lee) of Goshen and Adam Perry of Lynchburg.
