He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold T. Bell and Helen L. Bell; his wife Carol Ezell-Bell; and also Helen L. Bell. He is survived by: his children, Vincent L. Bell (Linda), Vicki A. Overstake (Steve), Tim Bell (Denise) and Richard Bell (Andrea); his stepdaughters, Stephanie Ezell and Sandra Ezell Mollohhan; his son Harold D. Bell; his great grandchild Saylor Leonti; and his great great grandchild Granger Beau. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, alongside one great-great-grandchild.
