He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheldon Morgan and Pauline Morgan (Barger); and his brothers, Wayne Barger and Gregory Morgan. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Allen Barger of West Union and John Michael Barger; his brother Charles Richard Morgan; and his granddaughter Zoey Jo Barger.
The family has asked that any donations be made to Turner & Son Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
