She is survived by: her husband Richard Tarr; her children, Richard Tarr (Sabrina), Zachary Neal, Jeremiah Tarr, Nicole McGinnis (Michael) and Katelyn Griner (Mitchell); her grandchildren, Meila, Marshall, Richard, Nellie, Wesley and Myra; and her siblings, Dana Simmons and Penny Evans (Guy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
