She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth L. Milburn and Florence M. Milburn (Elliott); and her brother Charles Milburn. She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Anderson (Larry) of Hillsboro and Jeanette Crawford (Ron) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Justin Anderson, Jacob Anderson (Caitlin), Sarah Bell (Bobby), Megan Apgar (Aaron) and Rachel Tyler (LT); and her brother Donnie Milburn (Dee) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by 2 step grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
