He is survived by: his wife Judy Hornsby; his children, Jeff Hornsby (Beth) and Mary Kay Lerch (Mark); and his grandchildren, Morgan, Jacob Hornsby, Emma Lerch and Maggie Baute (Hayden). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
