We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2024, at the age of 97, Patricia Kelch of Hillsboro, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, J. Fred Bennett and Frances Bennett (Snider); her former life partner Robert "Bob" L. Watts; her husband Ralph L. Kelch; her sister Mary Alice Shaffer; and her grandson Bradley Watts.

She is survived by : her sons, David Watts of Minneapolis and Thomas Watts (Tara) of Maryland; her grandchildren, Rebecca Watts and Brandon Watts (Brittany); her great grandchild Jude Watts; and her nieces, Linda Shaffer Collins of Chillicothe, Cathy Shaffer Jones (Bob) of Hillsboro and Nancy Shaffer Compher of Vonore.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hillsboro Public Library, 10 Willettsville Pike, Hillsboro, OH 45133 or to the Highland District Hospital Foundation, 1275 North High Street, Hillsboro, OH 45133.
