He was predeceased by: his father Earl Waits; his sister Raejean Fint; and his significant other Linda Sprinkles. He is survived by: his mother Connie Waits (Martin) of Mt. Orab; and his sisters, Shari Burton (Jason) of Williamsburg and Jana Scott (Terry) of Mt. Orab. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
