He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Earl and Ruby Geneva Shelton (Edgington); and his siblings, Ronald Shelton, Bob Shelton, Beverly Burns and Emma Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Rainee Angles (Brent) of Hillsboro, Roger Jr. Shelton (Tammy) of Mt. Orab, Regina Davis (Joshua) of Peebles and Wesley Shelton of Lynchburg; his grandchildren, Kalan, Jordan, Logan, Sierra, Draven, Salina, Lex and Jeremiah; his great grandchildren, Ryder, Kholson and Memphis; and his siblings, Juanita Craft of Hillsboro, Don Shelton (Betty) of West Virginia and Mick Shelton (Carol) of Rainsboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
