He is survived by: his mother Patricia Pegan (Ernst) of Hillsboro; his siblings, Galen Pegan (Dawnita) of Lynchburg, Shirley Dawn Cox (Dean) of Hillsboro and Shelia Bryant (Mike) of Batavia; his nieces and nephews, Josh Bales (Brittany), Adam Blake Pegan (Julie), Holly Pegan and Michalia Pegan; his great-nephew Oliver Pegan; and his great-niece Paisley Bales.
