We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2024, at the age of 79, Ruth Ashley of Hillsboro, Ohio, born in Clinton County, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Everett Carey and Sarah Carey (Redkey); her husband Gearold F. Ashley; and her siblings, Jimmy Carey, Charles Carey and Carol Davis.

She is survived by : her daughter Jane Allen (Chuck Trefz) of Leesburg; her grandchildren, Robbie Mustard (Erin) of Leesburg, Kyle Allen (Leanne Garretson) of Washington, C. H. and Sarah Crouch (Michael Drummond) of Greenfield; her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Kaitlynn, Paisley, Jacob, Colton, Conner, Ryan, Peyton and Jayse; and her siblings, Bonnie Throckmorton of Leesburg and Ernest Carey (Rhonda) of Hillsboro.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Greenfield Cemetery (750 N Washington St, Greenfield, OH 45123).
