It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Dee Elchert (Hillsboro, Ohio), born in West Union, Ohio, who passed away on April 3, 2026, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Rhoads and Patty Rhoads (Cress). She is survived by: her husband Troy Elchert; her children, Brent Elchert (Misty) and Natasha Deboard; her grandchildren, Faith, Landen, Hope, Hayden, Grace and Chase; her siblings, Marvin Rhoads (Mary), Brenda Rhoads (Jackie) and Kathy Mootz; and her nieces and nephews, Beckie Rhoads, Nicole Rhoads, Nathan Rhoads (Oliva) and Chad Rhoads.
