She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul McMullen and Audrey McMullen (Bishop); and her sons, Chuck Fields, Greg Fields and Shawn Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Mahan of Hillsboro, Matthew Mahan (Rachel Engstrom) of Hillsboro and Shannon Bailey of Blue Ash; and her niece Tracy Barrett of Hillsboro. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and siblings.
