He was predeceased by: his father Paul Edward Kibler, Sr.; his brother Gregory "Greg" Kibler; and his grandparents, Joseph, Cecilia Gabrick, Mary and Roy Shields.

He is survived by: his mother Catherine Kibler Hone (Gabrick); his children, Hannah Ford (Kordell) of Hillsboro, Logan Kibler of Hillsboro and Steven Kibler (Chloe Masslow) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Caysen, Cannan, Callie, Dominic and Deakon; his siblings, Paul Kibler (Cindy), Mary Elliott, Joan Lunsford, Elizabeth Kibler and Debbie Seeling (Tom); and his girlfriend Heather Snider. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
