Kell, Jr. (Judie) of Kettering and Alicia Rosenberger (Kell) of Hillsboro; his children, Sarah Madelans (Joe) of Xenia, Robert Kell (Amanda) of Xenia, Lisa Sims (Todd) of Virginia, Missy Kirby (Chris) of Huber Heights and Joseph Howell (Lauren) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Destini, Aidan, Chase, Kiliegh and Alexa; his siblings, Trish Lough (Paul) of Xenia, Renee Maheimed (Ahmed) of Louisville, KY, Joseph Kell of West Chester and Chris Rosenberger (Sharon) of Monument, CO; and his close friends, Paul Pitzer and Tracey Yerian. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
