He is survived by: his wife Susan Polca; his children, Cheryl Carratola (Tom), Cindy Polca, Michael Polca (Lori), Susan Kutrubs (William) and Laszlo Szantay (Michele); his grandchildren, Christina Carratola, Alysse Carratola, Michael Tyler Polca, Nicholas Kutrubs, Alexander Kutrubs-Mann (Sarita), Jessica Kutrubs, Lindsey Peto (Eric), Kayley Szantay and Logan Szantay; his great grandchildren, Haylie Carratola and Theo Peto; and his sister Eleanor Randall (Eric).
