Palmer of St. Clairsville, OH; his grandchildren, Michael DiCarro (Deanna Spurgeon), Ashley Money (Chris), Dustin Shepherd, Joshua Shepherd (Tara), Shelia Hanes (Mitch) and Kyle Barnhardt (Jasmine); his great grandchildren, Savannah Rackley, Lillie Hanes, Gunner Shepherd, Maximus Barnhardt and Wade Shepherd; and his great great grandchild Indica Buff.
