Frank left this world on May 8, 2026 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kovach and Julia Kovach (Sles); his wife Arlene Kovach (Czaplenski); and his grandson Brian Pacovsky. He is survived by: his wife's daughters, Dorothy and Beth; his daughters, Frances Kovach, Beth Pacovsky (Dale) and Dorothy Schroeder (Deb); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Zajac, Anthony Zajac, Katherine Hites (Jakob), Christopher Pacovsky (Kristina), Jessica Kovacs (Rick) and Dale Pacovsky, Jr. (Alysia); his siblings, Robert Kovach and Shirley Sharbetian (Byron); Frances. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carlson Funeral Home – Garrettsville (8382 Center St, Garrettsville, OH 44231). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at 16489 Mayfield Rd, Huntsburg, OH 44046.
