He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kovach and Julia Kovach (Sles); his wife Arlene Kovach (Czaplenski); and his grandson Brian Pacovsky. He is survived by: his wife's daughters, Dorothy and Beth; his daughters, Frances Kovach, Beth Pacovsky (Dale) and Dorothy Schroeder (Deb); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Zajac, Anthony Zajac, Katherine Hites (Jakob), Christopher Pacovsky (Kristina), Jessica Kovacs (Rick) and Dale Pacovsky, Jr. (Alysia); his siblings, Robert Kovach and Shirley Sharbetian (Byron); Frances. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
