It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Ruth Moats of Hiram, Ohio, born in Greenville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Walter Shannon; her husband Ralph I. Moats; her sons, Ralph "Sonny" Moats, Jr. and Charles "Chuck" Moats; and her siblings, Charles, Clyde, Floyd, Mary, Martha and Paul.
She is survived by: her son Michael J. Moats of Hiram, OH; her grandchildren, Brenna Milano, Jessica Buchwald, Becky Diaz, Brooke Shaw and Bryce Moats; her sister Dorothy Shannon of Greenville, PA; and her daughter-in-law Karleen Nelson of Ravenna, OH.. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
