He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Szabo and Margaret Szabo (Petric). He is survived by : his wife Marilynn J. West; his daughter Jennifer Packo (Rick); and his siblings, Richard Szabo, Jeffrey Szabo (Deborah) and Pamela Crandall (William). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and dear friends.

A graveside service was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
