He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Fleetwood (Joshua) of Holgate, OH and Amy Eitniear (Shane) of Defiance; his grandchildren, Kye Ankney (Paige), Asher Fleetwood, Hannah Ray (DJ) and Chase Eitniear (Sam); his great grandchildren, Quinn Ankney, Mack Ray, Kace Ray and Brooks Eitniear; and his siblings, Kim Wareham (Rosie) of Defiance, Maureen Wareham of New Orleans, LA, Peggy Wareham of Tampa, Florida. and Brian Wareham (Uschi) of Tampa, Florida..
