He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry "H. L." Lannen and Margaret Lannen (McNeal). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lannen (Seyer); his sons, Scott "Peanut" (Cathi), Jason (Melanie) and Kevin (Kelly Hudik) of Trevor; and his caregiver Toledo Hospital. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
