She is survived by: her children, Carol Bixler Speaks, Thomas (Shannon), Timothy (Lisa), Charles (Martha) and Dennis (Phyllis); her daughter-in-law Roxanne Bixler (Donald); and her siblings, Clyde Fish of Arizona and Betty of Michigan. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Joanne's honor may be made to the Toledo Humane Society or the Butterfly House at Wheeler Farms.
