Joanne Kay Jarrell Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joanne Kay Jarrell (Holland, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Bos and Kathryn Bos; her sister Nancy Bos; and her husband Don Jarrell. She is survived by: her children, Marty Jarrell (Barb) and Nancy (Jim Shollenberger); her grandchildren, Andrew, Stephen Jarrell, Jon Shollenberger (Mandy), Katie (Christian Siebenaler) and Gramie; her great grandchildren, Lily, Cal, Frankie and Rosie; and her sister-in-law Judy (Karl Lind). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to either Emmanuel Baptist Church or First Baptist Church of Petoskey in Joanne's memory.
