She was predeceased by : her parents, Sebastian Bartsch and Mary Bartsch (Weist); her husband Kermit Wells; and her son George Wells. She is survived by : her children, Desiree Goldsmith (Ernest) and Ron Wells; and her grandchildren, Erica Young (Zachary), Janis Wells, William Wells and Ronald Wells Jr.. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Mary's name may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
