It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara E. Norris of Holland, Ohio, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sara E. Norris to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hamlin and Ruth Huffman; her stepfather H. Paul Huffman; and her sister Marilyn Bradbury. She is survived by: her husband Jim Norris; her children, Wendy Yeager (Matt), Brian Norris (Heather) and Matthew Norris; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Yeager, Tabitha Weemes (Ted), Hannah Nelson (Kevin), Lydia Herzog (David), Joshua Yeager (Karina), Nathaniel Norris and Andrew Norris; and her great grandchildren, Brinley, Jaina, Naomi, Elisha, Raelyn, Ethan, Scarlett, Shane, Ava, Heidi, Clara and Lucy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Cross (1750 Eastgate Rd, Toledo, OH 43614).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Cross Missions Fund or to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
