She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas J. Oswald and Charlene J. Oswald (Barchick); and her sister Kim. She is survived by : her husband Dale Shafer; her daughter Tiffany Henry (Adam); her grandchildren, Reagan and Lincoln Henry; and her brothers, Dan (Heidi), David (Lisa) and Dean Oswald (Penny).
