She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Neal Spurgeon and Bertha Spurgeon (Dominique); her siblings, Sue Hess, Richard Spurgeon, Elizabeth Richabaugh (Ken), Neal Joseph Spurgeon, Tedd Spurgeon (Deb), Amy Spurgeon, Lori Onweller (Curtis) and Gloria Lanum; and her brother-in-law Evan Hess. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nightingale Harvest Family Cancer Pantry or Off The Street, which is handled through St Joseph's Church in Maumee.
