He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl McClinic and Lillian Tucker Smith; and his son Dennis Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Betty Tucker (Humphrey); his children, Richie Tucker, Linda Tucker and Jackie Tucker; his grandchildren, Shane Marr (Courtney), Alex Abel, Abrianna Lucas, Liam Kulpa, Courtney Tucker and Kasi Rogers; his brother-in-law Timothy Humphrey; and his nieces, Sherry Johnson (Jack) and Tiffany Humphrey. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home (172 S Main St, Cadiz, OH 43907). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
