He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Billman and Ada Valeria (Farley); and his siblings, Raymond Billman, Colleen Sowards and Cynthia Ransom.

He is survived by: his wife Roselee of Laredo, Texas; his brother Kendall L. Billman of Utica; his sons, Robert, Jerry, Jeff and John; his stepchildren, Robert and Cheryl McClure of Texas; and his brother-in-law Jack Ransom of Utica. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
