He is survived by: his wife Lorene Thomas (Middleton); his daughters, Gracie D'Agostino (Larry), Patty Lewis (Paul Crawford), Missy Kennedy (Ed), Maggie Blake (Scott), Jeannie Patterson (Bill) and Judy Grove (Terry); and his grandsons, Eric, Blaine, Logan Crawford, Cody Blake, Devin and Aaden Grove. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
