She is survived by: her children, Janine Kuzma (Bruce), Jeffrey Donley (Robby) and Jay Donley (Bernice); her siblings, Elaine "Lovie" Wooldridge, Linda Bandyk, Robert Holyak, Diane Hornyak and Larry Holyak; her grandchildren, Lucas Kuzma (Erin), Logan Kuzma (Sarah), Justin Donley (Brigette), Jason Donley (Avery), Jacob Donley, Jessica Eberhart (Brandon), Joseph Donley and Jonathan Donley; her great grandchildren, Kamryn, Gavyn Kuzma, Weston, Maverick Kuzma, Jude, Jordan Donley, Jettson Donley, Bransen and Braden Eberhart; her close friend Jean Smith; and her pet Ebby.
