He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Jackson and Viola Belle Nichols Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ridgeway Cunningham; his daughter Brenda Cunningham Phillips; his siblings, John, James, Walter Cunningham and Thelma Harris; his children, Connie Lynn Cook (Carl) of Wintersville and Orville E. Cunningham of Kenwood; his grandchildren, Carissa Henry (Keith) of Steubenville, Chalisa VanKirk (Zac) of Richmond, Laura Beckett of Coshocton, Crystal Beckett of Cadiz and Rebecca Beckett of Newcomerstown; his sister Linda Sowers of Kenwood; his brother-in-law John Ridgeway (Cheryl) of Cadiz; his children-in-law, Mark Phillips of Pleasant Grove and Daphne Strickland of Amsterdam; his sister-in-law Beverly Ridgeway of Holton City; and his niece Chrissy Cunningham. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
