He is survived by : his wife Doris Boals; his children, Robert Boals (Haley) of Scio, Ohio, Farrah Rensi (Bryan) of Hopedale and Nicole Twarog (Rickey) of Flushing, Ohio; his grandchildren, Shaylynn Dornbush, Taylor Morris, Kodi Rose, Jordan Murphy, Paige Boals, Braxtin Murphy, Hunter Boals and Danica Rensi; his great grandchildren, Bentley and Kanyon Rose; his brother-in-law Dennis Raber (Carole); and his grandchildren, Audrey and Rowland Raber.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home (172 S Main St, Cadiz, OH 43907). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
