He is survived by : his wife Edna Strupe Carmichael of Hopedale; his son Shaun Strupe of Mingo Junction; and his sisters, Novella Carmichael, Kelly Carmichael Stewart (Brian), Tina Carmichael DiCroce (Joe) and Tressie Carmichael Holden (Shane).
