He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Muir and Rose Muir (Hiler); and his sisters, Sara Stephens and Kendra Weatherall. He is survived by: his children, Haley Muir of Newark, Brendan Troy Smitherman (Erika) of New Albany, Ryan Travis Smitherman (Jen) of Mount Vernon and Joshua Tyler Smitherman of Marysville; his grandchildren, Marissa Smitherman, Alexa Keener, Brendan Storm Smitherman, Thomas Smitherman, Anne Reihoehl and Matt Reihoehl; his great grandchild Beckett Keener; and his brother Max Muir of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by canine companion, Addie Girl; and several nieces and nephews.
