He is survived by : his wife Mary Jane Bumgarner (Heft); his children, Heidi Jane Foos (Don) of Mount Vernon and David Ray Bumgarner (Tiffany) of Longs; his grandchildren, Kai Josef Harrison Bumgarner, Joseph Donald Foos, Meghan Elisabeth Foos, Amanda Jane Foos and Joseph Nicholson; and his siblings, Sally Ann West of South Charleston, WV and Robert Bumgarner (Dora Jean) of Marietta.
