We announce the death of Tom Landis of Howard, Ohio, who passed away on August 9, 2026, at the age of 68. Tom will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, David W. Landis and Rose M. Landis (Sayre); and his niece Jamey Landis. He is survived by: his wife Laura Landis (Van Dyke); his children, Charlie Landis (Beth), Lesley Landis (Rick), Betsy Landis and Holly Landis; his grandchildren, Haleigh Mullins (Xavier), Sarah Rainer (Steven), Josiah, Jacob, Jaxon and Easton Landis; and his brothers, David W. Landis Jr. (Marlene) and James R. Landis (Tammy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
