He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester R. Paulk and Vera Hodson Paulk; his son Bert M. Paulk Jr.; his sister Becky Shales; his brother-in-law Norman Shales; and his parents-in-law, Bob and Nora Wylie.
He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Wylie; his daughter Lori L. Paulk (Scott Forsythe) of West Middlesex, PA.; his grandchildren, Jess Buccilli, Amanda Seech (Jess Schrock) and Jarrod Seech; his great grandchild Evan; his grandchildren, Crystal, Angelia, Bella, Sophia and Gabby; and his sister Linda Steer of Hubbard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
