He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Niec and Michaeline Crobak Niec; and his sister Pat Uber. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Mae Fowler; and his children, Donald P. Niec Jr. (Shelli) of Hubbard, David J. Niec (Crystal) of Hubbard, Brian Orr (Brittany) of Hubbard, Brad Orr (Alison) of Hubbard and Deanna Niec of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
