For Madeline is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ermene H. Patrick and Mary Marguerite Patrick (Hall); and her brothers, Edward E. Patrick and Thomas H. Patrick. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Ed Patrick (Kim) of Brookfield, Thomas Patrick (Kristen) of New York, Maureen Bross (Bill) of Hubbard, Kathleen Fagan (Jim) of Cleveland, Chrissy Patrick of Hubbard and Karen Phillip of Chicago. She is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews; 2 great-great nieces and a great-great nephew.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church (325 N Main St, Hubbard, OH 44425). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church (357 N Main St, Hubbard, OH 44425).
