He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Smallwood and Ethel Hylton Smallwood; his wife Rose Pomaro; and his siblings, Gary Smallwood, Janey Sloan and Judy Webster.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ellery Smallwood of Austintown, Bernie Smallwood of Tennessee, Betty Kelbel of Boardman and Debra Foster of Poland. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home (709 N Main St, Hubbard, OH 44425). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
