He is survived by: his grandchildren, Samuel Barker IV, Justin Barker (Shantell), Alexander Barker, Haylee Reed (Patrick), Sydney Leone, Dominic Leone and Nicole Leone; and his great grandchildren, Jace Barker and Nalani Reed.
