He is survived by: his daughters, Zelena Mona'Freeman of Davenport and Joan Houston of Covington; his sister Mary Williams-Johnson (Les) of Cincinnati; and his grandchildren, Windell Freeman III, Wesley Freeman, Zaria Betts (Jernard Heard), Zion Fields, Ava Houston, Zaviion Boudrey, Alayah Houston, Zoe Boudrey and Z'Nyia Boudrey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Jaylex Event Center (211 Glenwood Ave, Youngstown, OH 44511).
