He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mulhall and Margaret Driscoll Mulhall; his wife Judith A. Wittenauer; his in-laws, Andrew and Anne Drobny Wittenauer; and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Livingston and Donald P. Erb.
He is survived by: his children, Anne M. Tobey (Michael) of Hubbard, Timothy C. Mulhall (Susie) of Hubbard and Jennifer S. Goldberg (David) of Hubbard; his grandchildren, Kate, Kara, Anthony, Kristin, Michael and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Logan, Hallie, Sophia and Bret; his siblings, Patricia Livingston of North Jackson, Diane Adams (David) of Chapin and Joseph C. Mulhall (Caroline) of Mineral Ridge; his in-laws, Jackie Erb, Joyce Richards (Larry), Jeff Wittenauer and Jim Wittenauer; and his caregivers, Patty, Marty and Sarah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
