She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Esken and Wanda Edwards; and her siblings, Leonard Esken, Louis "Skip" Esken Jr., Gerald Esken, Russell Esken, Evelyn Noe, Wanda Irwin and Juanita Campbell.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Coyle; her children, Roberta Grippon (Mark), Melven Coyle (Jayne), Mark Coyle (Donnie) and Dennis Coyle (Kathryn); her grandchildren, Nicole Watkins (Danny), Kayla Grippon (Jason), Mark Grippon Jr. (Rachel), Che'Grippon, Dylan Grippon, Cody Grippon, Andrew Grippon (Andrea), Matthew Grippon and Adrina Grippon; and her sister Melva Ruff. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Catherine's memory to Hospice of Dayton.
